 Group Wellbeing Sessions

We support your existing wellbeing programme or work alongside you to create and embed your company wellbeing strategy.


We work with large global and small companies, delivering bespoke programmes and workshops to improve the wellbeing of your people.


Sessions can be online or face to face, delivered as regular check ins, 30 - 45 minutes, or as part of a team wellbeing day.

Employee Coaching

We're flexible in our approach to coaching as we understand that each company and employee is unique and has different requirements. 


We've provided an overview of ways you can engage in coaching for your employees below. If you'd like to work with us in an alternative way, then please ask us. We're happy to discuss programmes that can work for your company and tailor them to fit with yours and your employees' needs.


Signature Coaching Programme

£600 p/p

This individual programme provides your employee with 5 x 90 minute sessions over 10 weeks with a dedicated coach who will be accessible throughout the programme. Our signature programme supports employees to create confidence, build resilient strategies, reduce stress & anxiety and enhance their career performance.


Sessions are delivered online or face to face and are always followed up with an overview email with techniques to try between sessions.

Employee Drop In Sessions

 £100 p/p or bundle packages are available

Online or on site options of really focused 60-minute 121 sessions. We offer individual one off sessions, or we can arrange half or full days for your employees to book their 60 minutes in with us. 


We provide your employees with a safe, confidential space to discuss what's going on for them, both at home and work. We give tailored techniques to embed new practices which can enhance their life and support them through changes and challenges.

 People Manager Wellbeing Programme

    Our services can be paid for by card or bank transfer.


    They can be part or fully funded through your company – we’ll even support you in creating a compelling proposition to your board for paying for the wellbeing programme you want to create for your people.

  • Where are you based?

    We both lived in the Midlands in the UK until 2016, when we changed our lives and moved to the beautiful coast in North Wales. 


    We work online with people all over the world from our gorgeous cottage, or we travel 30 miles to small companies in Anglesey and as far as San Francisco for a global brand. Whatever works for you!

We have the foundation from the Explore phase and move into Inspire where we get creative with what your life or business could be with no limits. We start overcoming some of those barriers using a variety of techniques and you start to see and feel change.


Thrive

With a full understanding of where you are now, where you want to be and confident that transformation is already taking shape, we develop a practical plan of how you can get closer to your goals with support to motivate you and celebrate your successes.
